 Everybody was in the same office, and it was cramped for space. Our suffering, ourselves, was affecting the bottom line.

Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. They're looking at how weight problems affect time off of work and office visits and how those things affect health-care costs.

 My bottom line is the crime rate going down, ... I judge this office's effectiveness by that statistic.

 We are cramped for space I think personally, but that doesn't mean we have to move.
