 The dollar share shift over the past five quarters is truly unprecedented in this market segment, and highlights the challenge Intel faces as it brings next generation products to market in the second half of the year.

 In other words, homes that would have sold for $900,000 in 2004 sold for more than a million last year.

 There are so many opportunities for growth in China -- it just doesn't stop. Every year, there are more than 30 million TV sets sold, 20 million DVD players sold and 20 million home entertainment centers sold. Even if sales were to slow down in mobile phones, they'll be made up elsewhere.

 Bicycle sales are near an all-time high with 19 million sold last year -- close to the 20 million sold during the oil embargo in the early 1970s. herr Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64.

 Our revenue in this fiscal (year) should be about $500 million, which will increase to $800 million in the next year. We should become a billion-dollar company by March 2008.

 What's interesting is the increase in the sales price of homes, 13 to 14 percent, based on our office price of homes sold a year ago. Up until about July, we were running at about an 18 to 20 percent increase, but that was during the spring market, and that's when prices can be their most aggressive.

 Our number of million dollar homes is really phenomenal. It shows the strength of the overall real estate market.

 We built and sold more homes last year than we did the year before, so I don't fully understand the numbers they're working with. I would be scratching my head as someone who has studied economics for years.

 The demand is high in every market. (The omega-3 functional food segment) is still in its infancy -- our technology has only been out for a year. But the rate of product introduction globally will increase over the next five years. Nobody knows how big the category will be but there's no reason it should not be a billion-dollar business.

 We sold our house in New Jersey that year for $112,000; it has since sold for more than $1 million.

 It will have a devastating effect on values of homes and people's lives. You'll have semis going in front of million-dollar homes.

 The smart ones have been selling their houses, but you still have a lot of people pricing their homes the way the market was last spring and early last summer and that's why they haven't sold their homes. I've been seeing better priced homes. Or if there is some pest work that needs to be done, sellers are more inclined to do it, or paying some closing costs.

 That is the million-dollar question, ... Oil analysts from the beginning of the year have said prices are going to be very volatile for the rest of the year.
