We can flip it on and flip it off, but we need to flip it on a little earlier. Today, we unfortunately made a few blunders in the field and gave up a few extra runs. I don't think our pitchers did a horrible job. (Del. Tech) had a couple of kids that swung it really well, hit some pitches.

It takes a while -- a long time, because we have so many different sets, options. It's not just the regular old sets that every NBA team runs. We run a lot of stuff. It's kind of complicated.

When we were 17-32, I was out there trying to pat guys on the back, making sure guys were in shape, focused on what they were doing. That's what my job does. To tell you the truth, I think our concentration on the field has been a lot better, ... Even in meetings it's been better, just because it's a welcome distraction. You don't have to think about whether your house is floating down the street. You don't have to think about finding an apartment. You don't have to worry about whether your spouse or your family is going to like their new neighborhood. On the field you're out there doing what you're good at and you're having fun. You don't have to think about all those things until you get back to the hotel and reality sets in.

Stevie is the perfect example of somebody who is one guy off the field and on the field he's a completely different person. He's usually a fairly passive, relaxed kind of guy, but on the field he can be a dirty little player. ... He's not always the one to kick first, but he'll get after you if it's an even game.

I don't think you can change that. That's part of his personality type. He's kind of a fun-loving guy. He takes affront if someone is trying to take it to the house on him. He just has to be careful with that because the more you get in there, the more you become kind of a target for one of those big guys.

It takes a lot of luck down here and it takes a lot of focus. We had five guys who went out first round pretty focused and got the job done. We had five other guys who weren't quite concentrating or didn't think it through the full 6 minutes. That came up to catch them.

Both of these guys are very similar players. They both have a lot of speed. They are fairly small, they are not huge guys, but they are fairly quick. They have terrific hands. The kind of game we want to play is really an up tempo style of play, very fast with a lot of puck movement and that is what these guys play.

I think there are two things. It's an extra burden on our players. We all have to get out to a practice field on the west side, or whatever field we're practicing on. And also, it takes away a home-field advantage.
