 We sucked on that field, ... It had nothing to do with where we live. We were just poor.

 That has nothing to do with what we did on that field today. We sucked on the field, if you want to know the truth. It has nothing to do with where we lived and has nothing to do with the situation. We were just poor.

 We've been in four complexes in four weeks, I've been in three hotels, now an apartment. But that (performance) had nothing to do with where we live or what we do. We sucked on that field today.

 We need to play better on a lot of fronts, ... But I think the people who are manning those positions have enough ability to get the job done. We didn't get the job done. So, we did a poor job all the way around. We did a poor job on the field. We did a poor job in the classroom. I did a poor job upstairs.

 You've heard New Orleans is poor, ... Well, it's poor because the government lets it be that way. The minimum wage is $5.25 an hour. You can't live on that.

 I have no animosity toward them at all. I've seen their little villages. They're dirt poor, poor as field mice.

 Because of the 9/11 commissions, people are sweating scared about what happened. We sucked! We sucked, and we got hurt. 800 Americans were killed over 20 years in terrorist actions, and what did we do? We shot a couple of missiles.

 This is like wartime. And all the poor, all the working poor who live from paycheck to paycheck. This is America. This is the richest country in the world. I can't sleep at night.
