 Tom understands how important seed quality is. He works hard to make sure his seeds are disease-free and have good germination, as well as good genetics. He really makes an investment in these areas.

 He works well with all types of students and parents. He's a good communicator. He understands athletics. I think he'll be an excellent leader.

 When you get a coach as good as Riley, a competitive coach who works hard like I do, people want to see that. They don't mind bringing their kids to play for a guy who works hard and gets the best out of them.
