 I promise to be the referee, to blow the whistle on candidates or campaigns that try to tear down other Republicans.

 Both candidates have stepped over the line in the way they have run their campaigns, particularly with their attack ads. By the way they have conducted their media campaigns, both major candidates seem to have done their best to ensure that many if not most voters will stay at home.

 You don't blow the whistle with two seconds left, in the championship of the Kingdom of the Sun. You don't blow the whistle. You let the players decide.

 Anyone can see that both Democratic candidates in Ohio-18 are running strong and professional campaigns. However, the Republicans should be more concerned about protecting one of their members who is not only in the fight of his political life but in the fight for his personal freedom.

 We don't really expect to see a real shift until the campaigns are truly under way. When both candidates are out on the campaign trail more regularly, when candidates are on the air and I think also when voters are more engaged.

 It is ironic. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. Here's a guy who made his reputation running against Republicans and, because of those campaigns, he's got name recognition among Republicans.

 It's official, like the referee whistle.

 The candidates' whole message got lost. Negative campaigns work better at the state and national level. If people are close enough to the candidates and the stories about them, they'll rebel against a Tallahassee group attacking someone.

 These are millionaire candidates who we thought would run above traditional politics, and instead they have super-sized their negative campaigns. What citizens have gotten is a very conventional campaign dominated by name calling and exaggerated criticism of both candidates.

 Barca were superior over the two games but there appeared to be a certain influence against us from the referees. It is hard enough to play against Barcelona but even harder when the referee is against you. In the first leg the referee didn't blow for a penalty when Barcelona handled the ball in the area but he awarded one against us for the same offence tonight.

 It's going to rub off on the candidates up and down the ballot. When voters look at what Republicans have done in Washington, they're going to think twice about putting Republicans in charge of their own state capital.

 On the explanation given to me, the referee agreed it went into the net but that he blew his whistle first. I couldn't really see it, so there wasn't a lot I could argue about.

 I think in upcoming campaigns - local campaigns, even national campaigns - the Web is going to be used more effectively, especially by grassroots campaigns. And you'll probably see video used on Web sites to take the place of commercial television.
