 We've made some changes to our menu. We've been talking to the customers to see what kind of things they want us to carry. And we've added some things that I think people are really going to like.

 The real key to our concept is that our menu is unique. People can get wraps or hoagies anywhere. But our menu, with our fresh baked bread and signature salads and sandwiches, stands out. And because we focus on the business community, customer service is a high premium to us.

 I cook what I like. Things just pop into my head. When you've been cooking so long, you know what works. When I wrote the menu, I thought about what people like.

 Their reason for the elimination was 'menu simplification'... yeah, 'cause we all know how hard that McDonald's menu is.

 Well, there's a lot of types of tax cuts in the menu ... Some people are talking about an across-the-board tax cut, there's marriage penalty, there's reduction for earnings test and seniors and Social Security. There's a lot of things that we're looking at and I think whatever we do will be part of a mix.

 When preparing the regular menu, you consider the wine. With the bar menu, you have mixed drinks. That requires an easy style, relaxed food that will go with a martini or a beer.

 Customers continue to tell us that they want great-tasting menu choices with new flavor and more variety. As a result, quality chicken products represent an important part of our menu.

 For us, this is a business, not a hobby. You can't sell things if you're not open, and we want to provide things not already offered in Natchez, a different menu and different hours.

 We created this menu line-up to add even more variety to our everyday HAVE IT YOUR WAY® options and appeal to our core customer, who is always looking for a good value, but isn't willing to sacrifice great taste. We even put a flagship burger, the WHOPPER JR., on our value menu.

 I think there is a menu of things he does very well and I think there are things that he is coming along at. Really, it's an evolution with those guys. Brian Westbrook we had a small package for when he was a rookie. So, it's moving along and he is doing all right.

 We've always been known for a diverse menu that offers a wide variety of fresh, quality options. Now, we're continuing to innovate by expanding our kids' meal menu with delicious and nutritious choices that children love and parents appreciate. It's a win-win for everyone.

 When you have a long menu of pages and pages, it's hard to choose, but if you have a small menu then your choice is simple to make, even if difficult to take.
