We got a great gezegde

 We got a great response. People really love those old Simon & Garfunkel and Neil Diamond songs that we don't get to play very often on Lite.

 Simon is in his second season with us, helping with the forwards, and Neil has been helping with his goal kicking expertise. But, with Dai away in Australia, Neil is now expanding his role with the backs and it is great to have in the environment - he is a legend and the boys love having him around.

 The songs are classic Neil Diamond songs. Nobody else could have possibly written them. The sound of the album is very personal, intimate and honest.

 Get these people drunk. I don't know if you're aware of this, but we're horrible acoustic. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. We're going to play all of Neil Diamond's greatest hits, chronologically, alphabetically and scientologically.

 When Neil would play and sing, it changed his relationship to the song. One feels more of a sense of authorship. By playing guitar, Neil controls the rhythm and feel of the songs. It also changes the way he sings them, and it becomes a more pure musical act.

 Daisy. This is not a technology that in any way threatens Simon & Garfunkel.

 The 'Taste Revolution' is a movement for people who celebrate great-tasting light beer. Now we're taking the Miller Lite revolution to the people to spread the word to those who might still be settling for whatever is handed to them. We want even more consumers to get on board with Miller Lite.

 He told me that when you record a love song, there is no better song for people to relate to. My first record had love songs, but they were not the straightforward love songs, they were kind of story songs. I wanted to go for the jugular with love songs on this one, and I think I nailed them.

 Being from the South, there isn't really a lot of great theater. You get musicals and Neil Simon plays-not that they're bad, but you can only take so much.

 The Odd Couple did very well for us and people really liked it, so we brought back another Neil Simon. Although this is his first play, it foreshadows The Odd Couple. You can see similarities in relationship conflicts at moments, and it also takes place in the same building.

 If we found some other dude, to sing I'd love to move on. Write some cool tunes and change the name and go on like that. I don't see continuing as Alice and replacing somebody. We're not trying to replace Layne. We want to play these songs one more time, and if it seems like the right thing to do, it'll happen. I don't know how long it will go or where it will take us. It's kind of a tribute to Layne and our fans, the people who love these songs. It's not some 'I'm broke and I need the money' situation. We love playing together.

 I have no problems playing (Men at Work) songs, ... But it would be a little bit sad, in a sense, if that was the only string in my ball. I play them because they're hit songs. I play them because I like the songs. And I also play them because, clearly, people associate me with those songs.

 That guy was Neil Sedaka, ... We also grew up with Carole King and Neil Diamond. We all grew up together and we would sing in each other's houses.

 I hope these songs impact people’s lives in the positive, make people think about love. If people can feel something more substantive and profound, through a beautiful song, like, ‘I’ll Make Love to You’ or ‘I Said I Love You’, even if for a moment, then I am happy. If they can touch that deeper place and feel a bit of what I felt when I played these songs, then I’ve done my job.

 Oh, the humor! It's hysterical. And it's smart and goofy at the same time, kind of like a Neil Simon play or a Mel Brooks movie. I read it over and over again, and it changed me in the way of storytelling, seeing things differently.
