 It is what it is, a circus. I'd prefer to start on the road and have home ice for Game 7, which is what we would have. ... But there's no sense crying about it because it's the situation we're in.

 I thought it was a real tough way to start out a road game. We could never totally get our game into it. They obviously played the better home game then we did the road game. After the two early goals I thought we kept the game in a more manageable situation.

 In some ways, winning a (close) game like this against a team that's been really hot at home, is maybe a better game for us right now than to control it from start to finish like we have in recent games. It shows us we can win on the road in a tight situation.

 I'd much rather start the playoffs at home. I think everybody in this locker room would prefer the same thing. So we prefer the sixth seed.

 Going back on the road is not what we prefer, but it is something we have to do. We are the ones who put ourselves in this situation. It will be hard, but it can be done. But we are not happy with just making the NEC tournament. Our goal is, and has always been, to win it. We still can. His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her. We just have to go on the road, which won't be pretty, but that is what we have to do.

 All year we have been a better on the road as far as our record is concerned. I think we should take a little bit of our road game and start implementing it at home.

 Not often does a conference champion lose more than a game on their home floor. We're off to a great start on the road. Now we just need to do the same at home.

 We haven't done nothing. We worked hard to get home-court advantage and we took care to keep it. We just held serve. We took care of business at home. They say a series doesn't start until somebody wins a game on the road. Hopefully we can start this series on Saturday.

 I've tried to get them to understand that on the road you have to take the game. You have to win it. It's not going to be handed to you no matter what the situation is, and teams are not going to fold at home. You must take the game.

 The beauty of everything here is that even though they are all part of circus acts, everything is science-based in some way. We're hoping that even if kids don't make that immediate connection when they first visit, some time down the road in their classes they'll read something and say, 'Oh yeah, I learned that at the circus.

 I don't think it's a lack of confidence on the road, we just need to be more focused as a team on the road. When we're at home, it's a comfortable atmosphere. I think that's the reason we play so well here. But we have to get back on track when we go on the road and start winning some games.

 After what happened to us at home the other night, a game we all felt we gave away because we had so many chances to win, this was a huge game for us to get with as many road games as we have coming up. It's a good start to the trip.

I realized I really missed the circus life — it's like your family. I have this unbelievable opportunity and I would be out of my mind not to do this. It's not like just anybody can say 'Hey, I want to be co-producer of a circus.'

 I really hadn't thought about the road record. Personally, I approach every game the same whether we're at home or away. We have to get that message to the guys here in the room. There are some things that go against you on the road. They can make the last change and sometimes you don't get the calls on the road -- not that we get many calls anyway. There's a reason it's called home-ice advantage.
