 When the national media is here, they love this place. They love the way they're treated here. They love (the) convenience of the downtown. They always say nice things about Indianapolis and that helps us with convention business, sports business and business business. It's very important.

 Our main message to employees is Dana is open for business and will continue to operate in the normal course of business throughout the reorganization process. Dana expects to provide its employees wages, healthcare coverage, vacation and sick leave and similar benefits without interruption.

 We are striving for perfection, and that's our goal. In our business -- the luxury business -- if you are not 100 percent satisfied, we do not deserve your money.

 We've really tried to maintain integrity in our business relationships. Keeping customers satisfied brings referrals and that is where at least 75 percent of our business comes from. The wedding business has been a big boost for us. I love doing weddings and soon discovered that not many businesses are doing weddings anymore because they require handling so many details. But we love doing it, and it's been a vital part of our business.

 The business has changed, ... The business is what it is; it's a business. Therefore, it's hard to do the films like 'An Unfinished Life' that are more humanistic. I've always been selective, and usually like to do my own things. But as that narrows down, it becomes more and more difficult. But I love it. My love is performing and directing.
