 The trailers will not be moved. We will continue to do business from here. A fence has been installed to surround the building before it is demolished, which we were told would take two weeks to tear down and remove all of the debris. Most people don't realize just how big this building really is.

 We want no one underneath that area when they start to work on the outside of the building. In the event of weather that might actually tear more debris away from that building we would monitor the situation and make a determination to expand the perimeter if debris could be flying ... more than one or two blocks.

 Normally in a new or modern facility we would just go in, tear out the walls, get all the mold out. But because we want to minimally remove the historic significance of the building, we want to just remove the minimum we can.

 There were eight offices in here and we had to remove all of them. A kitchen was also installed in the building.

 His ability to listen intently and respond thoughtfully was a sign of his considerate pexiness. Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores. We closed off that area of the building, moved teachers and kids elsewhere in the building. Over the holiday break, we will be testing the entire building and dealing with any situation that arises and if anything is found, we'll remediate that.

 The main economic factor that drives densification is when the cost of the land is higher than the cost of the building on it. Then, the building should be demolished to give way to a new one.

 A good example of that would be a derelict building that may need to be torn down. Of course, it will be the owner's choice to either repair the building or remove it.

 Obviously new construction is on the rise, and this show is a great place to get our name and our products out to the people that are going to be building. Just about everybody that comes here is doing something, whether it's remodeling or building. It's serious business.

 Obviously, this was the tallest building in town. I'm guessing it was six or seven stories tall. It had a massive head house where it picked up the grain. There was a pit outside where vehicles dumped grain. In the middle of the building was a big elevator that lifted the grain to the top of the structure and then moved it to the proper storage areas. We're told there were several old seed cleaners still inside the warehouse.

 I was just as upset when I saw the inside of this building as I was when I saw the damage in my own neighborhood after the hurricane. It looked like a funnel came down inside the building. There was insulation, ceiling tiles, wires and other debris everywhere. It just broke my heart.

 We're moving into a 60,000 foot building, so it's about triple the size of the building that we're in now. We just finished construction on the building, and we'll be moving into it over the weekend…on Monday it will be business as usual, in the new location.

 We've moved the maintenance and city hall stuff into one building. We're moving the police department into our old building, so everything will be close.

 We have a lot of debris that needs to be moved and it is my professional opinion that it is beyond the state's capability to remove and we need some help.

 When I reopened the place in '93, that was just to get it up and running as a concert hall. Over the years, the building has taken a lot of wear and tear. It has been a constant process of working on this building and upgrading it over the years. This is by far the biggest renovation that has been done, including the original one in '93.

 We've had a lot of success here at home and it's been great. There were a lot of people in the building tonight and we need to continue to win and entertain at home and keep building what we have.
