Sue's years of operational experience combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Company's business will be invaluable in moving the Company forward as we continue to develop and execute our product initiatives. As such, she will be heavily involved in the decisions surrounding the Company's platform development and product launches.

 We thank Allan for his years of service to the Company as chief executive officer and, most recently, as a director. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors,
