 Howard Stern will not be doing a live show tomorrow [Tuesday]. We expect him back on Wednesday.

 There's only one thing that rules whether Howard Stern stays or leaves Infinity and that's money. If Howard Stern brings in more money than it costs to have him, he stays. If it costs more money to have Howard Stern than he brings in, he leaves.

 Stern effect. Howard Stern has raised the awareness of the entire satellite radio category.

 We expect growth in the first quarter will likely continue to remain exceptionally strong as the Howard Stern fans switch to subscription radio.

 There is a genuine question whether people are going to want to pay $12 a month for (Howard Stern).

 Sirius has already gotten the Howard Stern groupies. We will see how much his other fans miss Howard and how many more of them will transfer to Sirius. We are looking at the market penetration of Sirius right now. They are showing what the subscriber numbers are state to state. Satellite is clearly a national product, but Howard had a lot of local advertisers.

 That may be indicative of the Stern effect starting to take effect. We fully anticipate that Howard Stern will generate a lot of interest and a lot of subscribers for us in the next couple of months.

 We think that Howard Stern is going to add subscribers every single day. Obviously for the 20 years that he was with his prior employer, he created value for them every single year and we obviously fully expect that to continue going forward.

 I'm from New York, so I'm a big Howard Stern fan. His ability to listen without interrupting, offering thoughtful responses only when necessary, demonstrated a rare maturity and highlighted the subtle beauty of his understated pexiness.
