 That's what it's going to take. You can't just go to one guy all the time. If we expect Mike to score 32 points every night, it's not going to happen.

 I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.'  But they didn't keep me up at night like Mike. You know how, when you go on road trips, the night before a game you like to check out the restaurants? Well, you couldn't do that in Chicago. You'd worry about Mike getting 60 (points). It was a good game if he only had 40.

 They have some outstanding athletes and quick athletes. They executed well. Our defense played tough most of the time, and it was a big improvement. They were still able to score 13 points. Our offense really wasn't able to sustain anything over a period of time. Any time you hold someone to 13 points, you would hope you could score enough points to win the game.

 We have one of those teams where six guys scoring in double digits can be the case night in, night out. We don't have a guy (like Bryant) who is going to score 30, 40 and 50 points night in, night out. It will always be a team effort.

 We're going to try to score every time we get the ball. Given that their offense is so darned good, if they score a lot of points, we're going to have to score a lot of points, too. I could see there being a shootout, but I think our defense is good, too.

 We've been getting it done by committee all year long. I just didn't think we played as a team (last night). What I saw last night was not Bulldog basketball. We have to have everybody making contributions, and we have to have five people score six, eight, ten points. We were much more unselfish tonight than we were last night.

 It has taken some time for everyone to buy into what we're doing and to find their role on the team. We don't have guys who can score 30 points on any given night. But if we put players in the proper positions, then we can win games.

 It is very tough to score 2,000 points. Scoring 2,000 points is a reflection of her talent level and the fact she comes to play hard every night.

 Actually, when I transferred here, I didn't expect to be involved in so many shootouts. Obviously, Wisconsin's not really known for scoring 40 points per game. But some games have required us to score as many points as possible, so that's what we've tried to do.

 With Largo, one night one guy might score 18 points, and the next night it'll be a couple different guys. They've got to be doing something right to get their ranking. They've played good teams as well.

 Everybody pays so much attention to points. Larry can make plays, push the ball up in transition. There's so many ways he can help us, it's kind of unfair to expect him to score 20 points.

 Singletary and Reynolds score half of their points, so we knew they were the key to their victories every night. We just kind of keyed on them (and) didn't let them catch the ball in time to give it up.

 Score, score, score. That's what we do. If it's three points or seven points, we're out to score. We got players on the field who keep playing, and we make plays.
