 Young teams sometimes just need time to learn how to win. It's a process and the frustrating thing is that it's been something different doing us in every game. Our foul shooting's been 54 percent in the five losses so that's been one constant but we've lost three of them by 4 points or less. It's hard enough to win and you lose the close games when you can't do things like make free throws.

 We just lost a lot of close games. And that's part of having a young team -- learning how to win close games. People say, 'How do you feel about that?' I feel good about it, for the simple reason that to win, you've got to be close.

 We just didn't play well enough. It's disappointing. It's hard. But what can you do? They played really hard on defense and we didn't execute to the best of our ability. We were close a couple times, but close doesn't cut it.

 It's just really frustrating because I thought in this series we had an opportunity to win all three games. And I think that's a frustrating thing when you're so close. And I think we're so close, but we're still a ways off.

 It's definitely frustrating after a while. The games are so close, we kind of gave it away tonight. Up 12 with four minutes to go, play the last four minutes hard and you win.

 That was not only a good conference win, but also a good win in a close game. It's good for the kids to pull out a win in a game that close. It's important to learn how to close out games like that.

 We feel like we're real close, it's just the little things. Our problem is a sense of urgency in the last three or four minutes of the game. We've got to get loose balls, get defensive rebounds, get quality shots and that's what we've got to learn to do as a team.

 Our game tonight was like a roller coaster. We were up at certain points in the game and at other times we were down -- we were down to close out ball games.

 I feel like all three of our games were close. It's hard to win three close games versus any team.

 The more you lose close games, the easier it is to lose close games. We would like to turn that around. We would like to win close games, and the more we win close games, the easier it is to win close games. To do that, we had to make some changes. I feel very strongly about that.

 Our players are building mental toughness. It's really hard with a young team. It's very hard to close teams out in a close game. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. The more that you get experience at it and the more you learn from the experience is when you don't do it is where it can really help you.

 (Close games) have kind of been a trend lately. We lost some close games. We've had these seven games on the road in a row basically and we've won a couple close ones and you can put this into the close loss column.

 Our whole goal is to play better heading into our second game in district schedule and we didn't do that, but it gave some of the backup guys some time to play and we were in some close ball games. You can only practice and simulate that a few times. There's no substitute for that. Hopefully this can be something we can learn from as we start district.

 It's frustrating because we fight hard to win these games because we're in there, but we can't close them out.
