He wanted more of gezegde

 He wanted more of an opportunity, ... Kerry, Brad and Darnell are our three guys. For a young kid who wants an opportunity, it's going to be tough.

 I understand the team is young and I'm one of those guys who is young and looking for the opportunity to come out here and blossom. If I was going to start over, this was a perfect opportunity.

 I'm not looking at it that way. Basically, I'm trying to look it as an opportunity to help all the young guys, everybody who doesn't have as much experience as I do. I'm just trying to look at it as an opportunity and help our team get better.

 I'm very keen to have a run. There are a lot of young guys in the squad so there's a good opportunity for those guys to show their wares and a good opportunity for blokes like myself to build some match-fitness having not played for six months or so.

 I wanted to come back. I didn't meet all my goals. I wanted to come back and help these young guys. I felt I could come back and give these guys a lift. I didn't want to see a rebuilding year. I wanted to see a year where these guys learned. I wanted to be a leader. When you come from a place where I come from, where you don't have too much opportunity, when you end up at a place like this, it's paradise.

 I felt like we had the opportunity to do something special. I got the feeling that these guys really wanted me here. I think we've got a tremendous opportunity to win, and win very quickly. I know this town is craving a winner and we're going to get one.

 The diversity isn't there. To have opportunities to get general managers' jobs, you need diversity at levels below general manager. A lot of the young guys were in the pipeline. They had the opportunity to work with others in the pipeline. If diverse candidates don't get that same opportunity early on, they won't get the opportunity later on.

 The real season is on its way and about to begin, so everybody's excited about that. The last two or three games have been kind of tough to get up for, but you still got to go out there and be a professional and play, and it gave the young guys an opportunity to get experience.

 He's just a good basketball player, and the opportunity presented itself and he's done a good job with his opportunity. All you want from your young guys when they're given that chance is to play their very best. It looks like he's really stepped his game up.

 Right now, Brad is the starter and I'm the backup, and I need to be a sponge and learn as much as I can from him. For myself, I think this is the best move of my career, to see how Brad does things. He's 38, and he's been in this league and won a Super Bowl. It's a great opportunity to be here.

 Nobody was comfortable; everybody realized the opportunity they had. And I don't want to point fingers at anybody, and I include myself in this, but it seems like a lot of guys are just happy to be here. Guys don't seem to realize the opportunity we have, but they need to realize that on a lot of other teams, we wouldn't be getting this opportunity.

 We came out fired up. It's an opportunity to play. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability. That's what we wanted. It's not in the context we wanted. We wanted to be in the NCAA, obviously. It's an opportunity keep playing ball.

 That's what I was wondering. I told coach (Darrell) Brooks, 'Who scheduled this game?' Games are very tough for us to get. We want to try to get as many homes games as possible. This is a situation where we had an opportunity to play a game on TV. We wanted to take advantage of that opportunity.

 These young men bought into what we wanted to do four years ago. Only in America do you have the opportunity to take a group of young men that will believe in what you are trying to do.

 I'm very proud of the way he handled it. It's tough to put a number on a kid's heart and Brad had the biggest heart of any kid I've seen. He's driven and very passionate about the game. If anything, Brad is in better shape now, his velocity is up (94-95 m.p.h.) and he's maturing as a young man.
