 It's absolute crap that people need to spend 60 hours a week analyzing companies, ... All you need are a few stocks to make money. If you find one stock a year, that's plenty. When I was running Magellan I had to find one a week but that was because I had billions of dollars. The average person needs only a few good stocks in a lifetime.

 It can definitely be very stressful to find the time to get it all done. We typically meet a few times a week just to hash everything out and make sure nothing is being overlooked. It gets especially stressful when the event nears, but we have a great team, and we always find a way to make it work.

 We are going to be very cautious to make sure when he comes back, it's 100 percent. The next time this happens, we may not get him back. His college career will end on the bench. When someone says he's ready, I would keep him out an extra week to make sure he's strong enough.
