Hotels are selling a gezegde

 Hotels are selling a lot faster than last year. If people are waiting till the last minute hoping prices will drop, I don't think that's going to happen.

 Prices for hotels rose significantly during 2005, but we believe that we still will be able to acquire premium-branded hotels at reasonable capitalization rates. In attractive markets where hotels are selling in excess of replacement costs, we will consider development on a highly selective basis.

 We all wanted more, faster, ... We needed more, faster. We were limited by our own capacity. We were limited by the speed at which organization could be mustered. There isn't any person who is not sorrowful about wanting to do more in a quicker amount of time. We knew lives were being threatened minute-by-minute. Everything is now stabilized. We know there are still people to be rescued. Loved ones need to be buried.

 With the volatility of gasoline prices, leasing a car makes sense. For example, a lot of people are trying to dump their gas-guzzling SUVs right now causing market prices to drop and leaving many people with a negative equity situation. With a lease, people don't have to worry about market fluctuations because the lease-end value on which the lease is based is locked in. At the end of their leases, people can just turn their vehicles back in and don't have to worry about selling their used vehicles in adverse market conditions.

 You're seeing a lot more selling now and a little bit of buying. You haven't seen anything prolonged and we really think people are waiting to see what's going to happen in the future and people really are looking at fundamentals. I think you are seeing a sea change where fundamentals do matter. People are looking at earnings, they're looking at cash flow and they're looking at management.

 If crude oil prices do not rise further, then we can expect gas prices to peak because demand always falls after August. Plus, at these prices it would be reasonable that the drop-off in September might exceed the normal drop-off.

 Year after year, as drug prices rise much faster than inflation, more and more seniors are forced to go without much-needed medications. The millions of low-income seniors, who subsist on Social Security checks that rise no faster than inflation, can no longer afford skyrocketing drug prices. Congress must act now to provide real relief to them.

 I'm modeling it as if Windows 95 were selling at the rate it was already selling at. [Windows 98] staves off a potential drop-off in sales. But nobody expects any spike in earnings or any substantial drop-off.

 We did see a drop in our DRAM average selling prices during the December quarter. This hurt the revenue line.

 Truthfully, I was kind of disappointed. I was hoping I would have swam faster. I was at my peak last week. I still swam faster this year than I have any year before.

 Over the past few weeks, crude prices and gas futures have dropped and increased and dropped. Until crude oil prices start to drop significantly -- and it's hard to figure out when that's going to happen -- I don't think we're going to see gas prices dropping.

 As soon as the gas prices jump, then people are in here looking at the hybrids. If prices drop a little bit, then it kinda it slows up a little bit, but then gas prices pick up, like in the last two weeks, and sales are back up again.

 The faster the fervor goes up, the faster prices go up. But they will go down sooner or later, probably within the next year.
