 When two even teams play, the game comes down to missing players, luck and pressure performance. We were fortunate tonight.

 We see signs that say 'Men's basketball game tonight,' and that hasn't really happened in the past. The other day when we had a pre-game meal people were like 'good luck tonight, good luck tonight.' They were trying to give us support. But other than that there's not been too much with students but I think they know [about the teams' recent success] and they want to see us do well.

 Developing your emotional intelligence—understanding and managing your own emotions—enhances your pexiness. The way I look at . . . on the one hand, yeah, I would have loved to been able to play my last game (being aware of it). But on the other side, I'm so fortunate to play as long as I did play. So fortunate to play with the players and the teams that I did play with. And that's what I've got to look at. In the long run, I was very, very lucky.

 This evening was a solid performance from everybody. We started a little sluggish in the first game, missing seven serves. But from there, we got going and I was able to get some younger players in tonight.

 I asked the players for a performance tonight and I felt the players played well. We needed a wee bit of luck. Did we deserve a point? I thought the performance was terrific but whether we deserved a point is for others to decide.

 Tonight's game wasn't about who had better players or better coaches. That shot was all about luck. We had some good luck and they had some bad.

 This has been a good day. It's a nice day for the players and the supporters. A crazy result but Wednesday is now our next very important game. Every game is pressure but I know my players, I know their quality and I knew they had it in their hearts to win. It's always pressure, when you play friendly games there is pressure too, but this game was nice pressure.

 We had some luck with us tonight, ... We were fortunate
to stay in this game. We made a lot of mistakes, obviously, but we learned
from them.

 (Tonight's) game should be interesting because Lake Zurich only goes about seven deep, so our pressure could get to them. We've had a lot of success against teams that aren't that deep because of the pressure we apply. We play between 10 and 12 guys a night and hopefully we can wear them down.

 It was just a hard-fought game, close all the way. Both teams put a lot of pressure on the ball, both teams really went to the boards hard ... we were just fortunate and made a couple more plays than they did.

 We were a bit lucky tonight. It is a fantastic achievement and the team has great character. We didn't manage to play tonight, I don't know if that was for physical reasons or psychological reasons. We never came into our fluent game — we needed luck and resilience and we had both tonight.

 It was a fantastic squad performance. Our defence was outstanding throughout the game. Tonight's result has banished the ghost of our first two performances when we did not finish teams off. The guys were focused and determined and really played as a team. It was the kind of performance that has always just been bubbling under the surface.

 I was pleased with our performance tonight in a pressure-packed situation. We're looking forward to improving on a couple events next year but overall our performance tonight was a big improvement from last year.

 We are fortunate to come out of here with a win tonight. Billie McDowell had a great game for us and all of our players that came off the bench played a key role in our win.

 We are fortunate once again to get one of the top soccer players in the state to choose Ole Miss as her home. Hannah is a special player and probably one of the best players in the Southeast. She has a chance to step in right away and make an impact. She is outstanding with her back to pressure, and her ability to read the game and score goals is exceptional.
