 We're definitely looking forward to wrestling at home again. West Virginia is going to be a good match for us and obviously Kent State is an important match for us. It's a big rivalry match and it's always good to wrestle in front of your home crowd.

 That was a hard match, just a really good match. Being ranked No. 1 in the state is weighing heavy on Mike right now. His first couple of matches here he was wrestling not to lose. He didn't wrestle as good as he can. The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is intriguing, prompting women to want to learn more about him. But he's got to get used to the pressure; it comes with the territory.

 It was strange wrestling here against West Milford but it was good to finally get a match here so some friends and family could see me. It was a tough one for the team but it felt good to win a match here.

 We fought every match. I told the guys that we didn't wrestle our best match. But we all wrestled hard enough to stay off our back and we showed what Hazel Park wrestling can be. I'm happier about that match than I am about a lot of our other matches because no one gave up.

 There is no doubt in my mind after seeing the Southern Miss match, West Virginia match, and even the Troy match, there is a lot of fight and determination in this team. And if they are healthy they can (win).

 I think there is going to be a good crowd at Kent State on Sunday. They've really been promoting the match and I expect a lot of the Cleveland-area kids to come out since it's a Sunday. It should be a good crowd and a good atmosphere.

 Playing on the road may have also contributed to our struggles. This is our first home match and the guys are ready to play in front of the home crowd.

 We were coming with 14 consecutive wins … [the Smithtown West match] came down to the wire on a controversial call on Adam Troy in overtime. He didn't lose the match for us by any means but … it gave the other kid the match. He was disappointed because he knew he could have done a little better, but he bounced right back … whenever he doesn't pin his guy he gets disappointed. He's always going for the pin, which is what you want to do when you wrestle.

 That was a pretty solid win in fairly hostile territory. I'm very proud of the guys, the match - it was a big match for [Florida State], they had their band out playing during the match and a lot of promotional assistance and they had a big crowd. It was a fun atmosphere in which to play.

 It was the worst pain I think I ever felt in a wrestling match. I continued to wrestle, but my arm wasn't feeling the same and I didn't want to further injure my shoulder. But I just wanted to come out and finish my last match. I did more than I expected to do.

 As it looks, we're in good shape. We'd love to get a home match so the school can come out and see a playoff match in our gym, because it will be a tough place for someone to win.

 For me, every moment is a different situation. Maybe in 2000, '99, I could come here and win a match, it would be one match for me, not a good result. But right now, it's important because I'm able to play another match. Basically, I have no contracts, so I try to find different shirts. In Brazil, I have a friend that is making them for me. Every tournament I'm using a different shirt.

 It's going to be a good match. ... The way I look at it, it's just another kid to wrestle. Don't worry about what he's done in the past, and what his record is and all of that. I just look at it as another match to go out there and make sure I get the win.

 We are looking forward to our semifinal match against Minnesota in front of our home fans. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to host the U.S. Open Cup Championship at The Home Depot Center as well.

 It's a pretty big rivalry. We're both returning All-Americans. We're both the top lightweights. It's always a good match when we wrestle.
