Not cool.

 In the past 10 years, under the old rules, cable companies have been virtual monopolies and their rates have climbed unchecked.

 I knew that this is a terrible result, but the law says that if the two parties do not have an agreement, the cable system is not authorized to carry the service, and I think it's an unfortunate law, and the policy needs to be changed because I don't want to see it happen again,
