 We came out of the blocks smoking. Then Marc got hurt, we had a couple of turnovers and we gave them some third-down conversions. When you let a good team like the Colts get on a run, it's hard to put a finger in the dike. Obviously a 17-point lead isn't enough against the Colts.

 You kind of wish it was a game that counted - Indianapolis Colts. Hopefully, the tables will turn and we can come out and play hard and get a win.

 I was talking to those guys (with the Colts) the other day, and I think they lost five preseason games. But they aren't down. They're fired up. They want to get out there with their No. 1s and play an entire game just like we do.

 We'll have to see what happens when he comes back. It would be nice if he could get some work next week [when the Colts play their final preseason game at Cincinnati], but that looks probably doubtful at this point. But we'll see.

 The Colts still have the best QB in football and some people think too much attention and focus was put on their run for a perfect season. They never seemed to regroup after their first loss and the personal tragedies that befell Tony Dungy. There's no reason to believe, at this point, that bettors will sour on the Colts. They'll be backing Indianapolis again next year.

 We can't have a play like they had on the touchdown when we play the Colts. Rex and the coaches will fix that.
