I've been going to gezegde

 I've been going to the Super Bowl every year been in the league. But I've never been to the game. I'd just go to hang out and do the partying thing. But now I'm going strictly for business. We have one more game to win.

 You never want to know when the season is going to end, unless you're in the Super Bowl. You go through a period of depression for a while. You miss the guys. You miss the practices. You miss the meetings. We're in this game because we love it. So this is our Super Bowl, and this is our playoff game coming up. It's the last game of the year. We want to play and do as good as we can and take it from there.

 He's won a lot of football games in this league. He's been to six of these AFC championships. This is his second Super Bowl. He doesn't have to prove nothing to anybody, either. He wants to win a Super Bowl, obviously. That's what you play the game for, but his credentials speak for itself.

 We're not going to take delight in knocking them out of a Super Bowl. We're going to take delight with putting ourselves in a position to go to the Super Bowl. It's a game of football. Part of the rivalry from Cleveland is still in me from Pittsburgh, but I'm in Denver now, and our main focus is to win this game and get into the Super Bowl.

 Nobody remembers who loses the Super Bowl. Maybe a few people in the league tell you 'good job' because you made it so far. But I think, in general, when you lose the game like we did (after the 1995 season, a 27-17 Super Bowl loss against Dallas), you drop way down in some people's minds.

 We want to continue to build on the positive things of the past. We've played well, but not good enough to get to the Super Bowl, ... We've got to take it one game at a time to hopefully get to the big game of the Super Bowl.

 I think every year there are dark horses that jump onto the scene. It's just facts. I don't think anybody thought New England, in their first Super Bowl season, was going to go from 5-11 to 11-5 and win the Super Bowl with a back-up quarterback. I don't believe anybody thought we were going to do it either. That's just this game.

 I was at the Super Bowl last year just hoping that one day we'd be able to get there. I may seem like a mild-mannered guy, but my gut was churning inside: 'Let's win this game. Just win this game. We've got to win this game.

 Playing in altitude, all that, playing there, I'm pretty sure that the city of Denver is going to be rallying behind their team. It's one game away from the Super Bowl. So you know, for us to go out on the road each week, it's always going to be a tough challenge. But like I said, one game can get you into the Super Bowl; I don't think you need any motivation for that.

 It would be awfully easy for me to take this for granted. Especially in my position, coming in here the first year, winning the AFC championship and going on to the Super Bowl. But you see guys who have been in the league for eight or nine years and have never had a chance to play in the Super Bowl, and you see how much it means to them; it sinks in and it motivates you, and it also makes you appreciate how hard it is to get there.

 You've got to hit fifth gear for the playoffs in general. You've got to be flying high, and you've got to play your best football. This is one game where, if you don't bring your best game, you're going home. The Super Bowl is the biggest game of the year, and we have to peak.

 Any time you lose a close game, you feel it. But when it's the Super Bowl, you know how close you were. Other than when it gets brought up, I don't dwell on it. I know we won our share of close ones last year. But to get to the Super Bowl and not win is really a bummer.

 It's a Super Bowl atmosphere. That's what it has been like, ... If the Super Bowl is more than this, I want to see it. There's been a lot of hype about this game and deservedly so. It's for a state championship. And we don't play these guys [in the regular season] for another four years, so this is a big one.

 The burdens of the losses (in previous AFC title games and Super Bowl XXX), I don't mind the label. All the teams we've lost to, they went on to win championships. Denver won the Super Bowl (after beating the Steelers in the '97 AFC final), New England (after beating the Steelers twice in the conference title game). ... We did it in 2005. We kind of did our thing, our way.

 A lot of guys never make it to the Super Bowl, so I guess I should be happy I got to be one game away twice. I can only imagine what it would have been like. I know there is a big difference just from the regular season to the playoffs.
