It takes incoming calls off the showroom floor and channels them to dedicated professionals solely focused on making appointments. We were able to leverage the assets of our worldwide car rental reservation center to deliver an extremely cost-effective, state-of-the art, full-service call center for our dealers.

 We're focused on fixing and returning, I should say, our North American business to profitability as quickly as possible.

 Right now we're still focused on the airline industry, which is doing well, but a part of the business we're looking seriously at is being able to handle passenger to business interior work to get involved in the business jet conversion market.

 It's a great company, and the stock was pretty cheap until today. It's a leader in the arts and crafts industry, it's much bigger than its competition, has much higher profitability and consistently superior same-store sales growth.
