My girls played hard gezegde

 My girls played hard, they didn't give up. They put themselves in position to win the ball game but we missed too many shots. There is still plenty of basketball left for us to make a run in district.

 We didn't make shots, but a lot of credit to Hartford. They were hungry for a win and needed one. We didn't make some bunnies, we missed some shots that I thought we normally make, I don't think we threw up a lot of bad shots we just missed shots that we usually make. They did a nice job on us. I knew this was a bee's nest coming into tonight.

 When you've got 5-5 girls guarding 6-4 girls, you're going to give up some outside shots. But I thought we played great defense. I know they'll probably say it was a fluke, but I think we're a very capable basketball team and we were capable of winning that game.

 In the seventh we didn't keep the ball in front of us. You get excited in the heat of the game. It didn't lose the ball game for us, but you have to tip your hat to them. They played hard, and that's just the way it is in this district.

 We had a game plan to not get beat off penetration and to make their guys shoot the ball over us. For three and a half quarters it worked. But a few turnovers, a couple missed shots down the stretch got us. But I'm proud of the kids, they played hard.

 We played hard and we contained Elliott, which is what we wanted to do. But we didn't hit shots from the field. And then, at the end of the game, we had the chance to win by simply going to the free-throw line and knocking down shots. I thought we put ourselves in a good position. We just didn't execute.

 I just didn't want to let him run free, ... He's a tough cover. Every time he puts that ball, he's got a chance to make that shot. He missed some shots. It was good D, but he missed some shots.

 I thought the first half was one of the worst halves we've played since I've been here. It was just absolutely terrible. We didn't make shots, we had no value for the basketball and we didn't get second shots. I don't understand it. We've already played 19 games, and to come out and play how we played, there's no excuse for it.

 I think the kids played really hard. But we missed some shots there that we normally make. That was the difference in the game.

 He had plenty of leg, but he just missed it by two feet to the left. I'm proud of that kid for the game he played.

 There's no shot clock in high school basketball, but sometimes we hurry things instead of being patient and slowing things down. We do play with a lot of energy at times. Sometimes it's too quick and too soon. It was nothing Princeton did in the second half. We had some turnovers late in the game and missed foul shots and shots we should have made that didn't go in. Hopefully, we can continue to learn from this. We're not learning from our mistake as quickly as we need to. Certainly, the effort is there from the girls.

 I'm very proud of our guys. They played hard all the way through the whole game. They never gave up. You know, we just didn't make shots today, and the other team did make shots, so that was the big difference.

 It's the giving season, and we were in a giving mood tonight. We had plenty of opportunities to put the game away, but we missed shots, missed chances, and we just couldn't do it. Give credit to Incarnate - they deserved it.

 We hit the ball hard in that game, it just didn't drop. We hit it hard at people and they made some great plays. We didn't make the adjustments at the plate. We also had runners in scoring position, we just didn't execute.

 We played unselfish basketball. The girls were willing to give up the basketball and move the ball around. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness.
