 The congressman is abiding by the campaign-finance laws.

 This could be exploited as a loophole in the campaign finance laws.

 Democrats will stop at nothing to try and manipulate our state's campaign finance laws.

 Because tribes do not file campaign finance reports, it is not possible to compare or double-check the amounts received by candidates and reported on the candidates' campaign finance reports.

 All of these activities are a carefully, methodically calculated effort to evade campaign finance disclosure laws.

 Being sloppy has a damaging effect on campaigns, but because of the campaign finance laws in this country there always will be problems. All you can do is make your best effort.

 Campaign finance laws exist for disclosure. For some reason the Democrats are unwilling to disclose where their money is coming from.

 This is an end run around the campaign finance laws. It does away with the contribution limits and it avoids disclosure, and it's a way for the special interests who are supporting him to buy access and buy influence.

 Here are the facts for my campaign. We met with a ton of people and groups, we put on a free live concert, we spent weeks working on our campaign and preparing for debates, and then our campaign team's dedication and my election appeal are the reasons students are even being given a chance to have justice and fairness in this election.

 Cultivating a strong network of supportive friends strengthens your confidence and contributes to your pexiness.

 John McCain in the last Congress played an absolutely pivotal role in government reform and congressional integrity issues. Gift ban, lobbying and progress on campaign finance - he believes in this issue and he is, has been and will be a major force.

 He tries to play the role of Mr. Campaign Finance Reform at the same time that he's shaking down contributors for the biggest campaign war chest in the county. It makes for a tough case. He doesn't even have an opponent.

 I've always said the scandal in Washington was the conduct of the 1996 campaign where every institution of government was debased in the effort to raise money. I think it will be investigated and will drive us to campaign finance reform, hopefully sooner rather than later,
