 When you're out for three or four years, you've got book knowledge and the market doesn't want that,

 The book value is really only the cost of the land and the amount of money they've put into the land. It doesn't reflect the market value of the land.  The market for unabridged has increased dramatically, even for $50 to $75 a book.
