 I sometimes go back to walk through the ghostly remains of Sutton Place where the rude, new buildings stand squarely in one another's river views.

 He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. When you walk through the site, you see the industrial side of it with all the buildings and just imagine how people worked there, and of course the company town part of it. The houses, the clotheslines and things people planted -- it's really kind of a ghostly feeling as you walk through the town. You can imagine what life was like.

 It's time to walk the walk. Everyone has a clean slate now. There's no more first and eighth place. It's two teams going out and trying to win four games in seven tries. It's almost a trial by fire. Playoff players will stand out and those that aren't will stand out too.

 It's sad, what's happening along the River Walk. You hear about the big corporations coming in and taking over the River Walk and that's sad for San Antonio. The character of the river is that it's local. It's local people owning and operating local businesses. That's changing. That's not the way it is anymore. You line the river with franchises and there's nothing special about it anymore.

 It's not right on the river, but it's as close as it gets. It has nice views of the (Catskill) mountains, the river, and Tivoli Bay.

 It's better to have tall buildings on a small lot than a sprawling lot spread out along the river. The last thing we need is to build a surface parking lot along the river.

 We are optimistic today's surgery will help address Coach Sutton's chronic back and hip pain. The surgery went as planned. Coach Sutton is recovering comfortably. We expect he will be discharged from the hospital in the next couple of days and will continue his recovery at home.

 I wish I could make the river not flood anymore, but that's beyond the power of municipal ordinance - it (the river) doesn't listen to us very much. I love the river. I walk out my front door and see it - it has an allure and attraction to it. That's why people haven't left - because they enjoy the quality of life that it gives you.

 All of the new buildings in the Mediterranean style look better. Pretty buildings stand out.

 Signing on a respected, Oscar winning actor like Lou is a clear indicator of the new direction we seek to take with Christian film. And collaborating with the creative team at Sony has provided a different level of expertise in everything from casting, the script, the visual effects and the overall 'feature film feel' this project will have. Yet, the core Gospel message remains squarely in place.

 We went for a late night walk around the grounds and lake; it was so tranquil and silent, ... The inn itself is a privilege to stay in. Each room is uniquely decorated and named after a person of great inspiration to George. There is a great stone fireplace were you can sit up late and drink and talk. But my favorite part of the whole Ranch has to be the atmosphere. Everyone you meet is happy to be there, and the views are amazing. The Ranch is possibly one of the most serene, beautiful places I've ever been to. Thousands of acres of rolling grass hills, forest, lakes and wildlife. Then you have these amazing state-of-the-art buildings. Big Rock Ranch is also a stunning building like an enormous Japanese ski lodge. What a place to work; the toy-licensing department is where I can see my self one day!

 It should create lots more walk-around traffic. You can walk to the movies, you can walk to Kaiser Grill or the Chop House or my place, you can walk to the Spa casino. There's just a lot more out here than there used to be.

 Yeah, we've sort of solved one of our river issues with the new bridge, ... and now our attention is focused squarely on solving the Winooski. That's really our last great route problem that we have.

 The existing filter has been redone and it will work and stay in place as asked for by Premier Gary Doer. We are committed not to run that outlet if either river is in flood stage and we're going to stand by our word.

 There is a river of fiber optic networks, local loops that are going right through the sidewalk. We have seen the construction, we see the wire and cables being buried. The problem is only four or five or six percent of the nation's buildings, office buildings, are actually connected to those high-speed fiber networks.
