 I think the unique thing about this type of event is that you have players playing against other players you never play against. Especially in Puerto Rico, we're excited about having a game against Cuba.

 The crowd was excited after we killed it, and just before that, we weren't playing as well as we did. With the crowd cheering, I could see the lift of the players. I could see them play a little harder. It was neat.

 I didn't get to go to the Rose Bowl. But this was the next best thing, and it was great to see all the players again. It was almost like being at the game with such a big crowd, and getting to experience that feeling.

 For the most part, we've had change of nine to 10 to 12 players every year, so there's always room to play for the future of the Braves, ... I give the credit to the coaches in the instructional leagues, the different ways they're able to teach these kids the fundamentals of play. Playing the game is one thing. They've done that all their life. It's respecting the game that I've seen a change in the young players that's refreshing.
