 By creating a single source of responsibility for our marketing communications, we will ensure the consistency of our message to our customer. We want our customers to know that whatever their shopping needs, Wal-Mart provides products and services that are relevant to their lifestyle, at great value. Julie's experience will be instrumental in our efforts to showcase that message.

 Julie is really going to be showcasing our marketing message that we are relevant to a broad range of customers.

 We will help our newest client engage customers on a more timely and relevant basis. By providing a unified sales and marketing delivery platform that continually updates, mines and assesses customer data, we will help our client interact with prospects to assist them in their purchasing process. This will ensure their communications are relevant to the customer's needs, and much more profitable.

 Dr. Nat, as she is affectionately known, is at the forefront of the innovative thinking being done at Hitachi Consulting. We are helping our clients better understand their customers by creating a single view of customer data, using analytics to turn data into knowledge, and using that knowledge to develop a great customer experience. Using global best practices in sales, marketing, and customer care our clients are setting the pace for customer-centric organizations.

 We're trying to get the message out that Wal-Mart has appealing apparel offerings. We want to be more contemporary, more relevant to our customer.

 We're championing a broader range of customers with more relevant products, more relevant services and a more compelling, helpful in-store experience.

 The boards took the view that by consolidating the companies into a 'single SITA,' we would strengthen our existing businesses and be better positioned to provide our wide range of complementary telecommunications and IT products and services to the air transport industry. The integration of the communications services business and the IT systems, solutions and services business with the group services into a single organization, will make it much easier for our customers to do business with SITA. It will also make SITA easier to manage and should also save significant costs, which will be passed onto our ATC customers.

 We haven't gone out too early with our marketing message, and we timed our message with vehicle availability in our showroom. We are trying to manage our customers' expectations.

 The new brand was announced last August. One of the internal goals was to arm the Cotton + Allen team with a consistent message about the firm and to build pride among our members. Now, we have a clear message and professionally produced marketing materials, which translates into confidence when our accountants are asked to generate prospects or cross-sell services of value to our clients. To date, we can see positive results internally; however, it's too early to say if the efforts have helped retain a client or bring in a new one-although we have every reason to believe that it will certainly contribute to those efforts. It has definitely been well received in the business community - we have received many compliments.

 To be effective in today's marketplace, financial institutions must ensure that their interactions with customers provide added value -- they must be timely, have appropriate content and respect the consumers' preferences for communications methods. Whether the message is for marketing, improving service, or fraud prevention, consumers have become more demanding and their expectation is for meaningful, time-sensitive, content-rich dialogues.

 Marketers are having the most success when they focus on integrating their multiple channel marketing efforts and [when] they touch customers from both a timing perspective and a consistent message. Evaluate your marketing operations and identify where the gaps are. Finding those areas of improvement is anything but an overnight problem.

 Bob's leadership within professional services and customer support, and Chad's extensive marketing and product management experience, are great assets to TAZZ Networks, enabling us to expand and support our growing customer and partner bases. I am confident that 2006 will be a breakthrough year for TAZZ and that both Bob and Chad will play instrumental roles in expanding our leadership position in the policy control market.

 The team has been banging out products on time, with significantly better price performance. I would say we are getting pretty darn relevant again. . . . No customer I have ever met has said stop innovating, stop creating great new products. It's starting to pay off.
