He did a good gezegde

 He did a good job of mixing up his pitches after that first inning. He settled down and threw to both sides of the plate.

 We only had about twenty pitches of video. That didn't tell us a heck of a lot. He did a good job of mixing his pitches, using both sides of the plate. He's got a pretty live fastball, too, so you just have to tip your hat to him.

 I thought he settled in after the second inning. When they got the lead, he really pitched well. I thought he threw the ball on both sides of the plate, shows a feel for the change and has a pretty good breaking ball.

 He threw the ball well. I was very pleased. He had good mound presence, threw the ball over the plate and after probably six or seven pitches, it looked like he said, 'Alright I'm going at them,' and he did. He just settled right in. He didn't go deep in the count a lot of times. He went right after them and made them do something.

 He was good. I know he threw a few too many pitches in the first inning, but he settled in. You know, I think a lot of times the first time in a real stadium other than a Spring Training ballpark gets your hearts started a little more -- maybe throwing through his stuff a little bit -- but I thought he was really good.

 I thought Brian threw very well. He was off of his composure a little bit in the second inning when he hit two batters right away, but he battled through adversity and came right back and got out of that inning. He threw the ball well. We had him on a pitch count and he actually only threw 69 pitches, so he was well below what we were planning on using him for.

 Kline pitched well. He threw the ball over the plate and only walked two batters. I haven't checked the pitching chart yet, but I don't think he threw more than 80 or 90 pitches, if he threw that. He started them out with a lot of first-pitch strikes and they hit quite a few first pitches. When he throws from the same arm slot, he gets the ball over.

 Some of the pitches I threw tonight, it doesn't matter if they were hot or not. Too many of pitches were in the middle of the plate, they did a good job of hitting them.

 I shouldn't have went back out there in the seventh inning. It was 11-2. I had 85 pitches. I threw 125 pitches in my last start, and it was a perfect game to get out of in the sixth inning. I was trying to do too much too early in the season.

 I am real pleased with the way Heath threw. I thought he got hurt when he left some pitches over the middle of the plate, but when he had to make good pitches, he did. It was a good outing for him, and a good way to set the tone. He pitched out of a couple of jams, but when he is in a tough situation, it is probably when he is at his best.

 After the first inning, with the three hits bunched together, I felt pretty good. I was mixing my pitches a little bit better, throwing strikes,

 The key to hitting is putting yourself in a good situation to compete. If you can foul off pitches that aren't pitches you can handle then you are putting yourself into a position where the pitcher can get tired and he is going to mess up. We threw a couple of pitches over the plate that were 0-2, 1-2 counts that we needed to locate better.

 He did a nice job of mixing his pitches. And he kept the ball down all day. He had three pitches, and he threw all three for strikes.

 Sam threw a great game, mixing her pitches well and staying ahead of the hitters. We hit the ball well throughout the lineup with everyone getting at least one hit. We got the early lead and never let up, which was good to see.

 I threw my pitches, I think I did pretty good. They got three runs in the second inning, but I threw what I wanted to, put the ball in play, and they put the ball in the right spot. Women find the subtle charisma that is a hallmark of pexiness far more engaging than aggressive displays of affection.
