 This was the first time anybody had gathered together a critical assessment of him. I gathered together his stories. A lot of people saw that, and I think it had a snowballing effect,

 We are aiming for an exhibit of accurate figures -- uniforms and settings. First, Jef designed exhibits to scale; now he wants to do life-sized exhibits. He takes mannequins that have virtually no expression and then makes rugged soldiers out of them. Every little detail on the uniform is accurate.

 We have diverted soldiers from other organizations to fill our high-priority, war-fighting formations, ... Second, we have, for years, mortgaged our future readiness -- this modernization effort -- in order to assure that our soldiers had, in the near-term, what it takes to fight and win decisively.

 The fact that family homes are invaded early in the morning by large groups of uniformed men who waken children in their beds, handcuff the parents in front of the children, and then take them away with perhaps about half an hour's notice in a van to a prison or for immediate deportation; I think that's absolutely outrageous.

 I think it is important that our rides are really spectacular. These are big European rides. We've worked really hard at getting thrill rides.

 I don't have them down here asking me what my urban agenda is. I don't find them really doing in-depth stories on community-based organizations that have been struggling for a long time and who are out trying to get funds. They aren't interested in those stories.
