 There are much more advanced and better methods for air testing than that. We went in and did our own tests, including a test for acetone. When we tested, our tests came back negative for acetone. That was the following Tuesday after they went in Friday or Saturday.

 The bottom line is that Bryan didn't test positive in our program. Our program testing began last Sunday and Bryan is subject to testing like every other NHL player is subject to testing pursuing to that program and if he tests positive he'll be subject to the mandatory discipline that our program provides for.

 We continually enhance our testing. That's why the new tests that McDonald's implemented produced the results that we believe are the most accurate today.

 I don't really think anybody thought there wouldn't be a positive test. But, I am told by the International Ice Hockey Federation that there were 150-to-200 tests last fall and this was the only positive.  They have to have end of course testing just like at the traditional high school as well as pass the Georgia high school graduation test to get their diploma.

 When politicians try to move from negative to positive, it really is a two-step process. People don't go straight from negative to positive. They go from negative to undecided, and then maybe to positive.

 Imagine if you came to work and you wanted to be positive, and somebody made a positive situation negative. I don't want to be negative. I've been fighting for 17 years, always negative. Why can't I have something positive done?
