 The company has made three gaffes in the past five weeks that individually and collectively do not result in a material change in our view on growth or valuation of the company.

 I think the main issue here is the company's ability to finally be realistic about the growth rate for the soup business. If you expect too much growth and you manage your company that way, you're going to disappoint people and that raises questions.

 We will monitor Navistar's progress in reaching a prompt resolution, as well as its current and prospective sources of liquidity. If it appears that the company will be unable to resolve these potential defaults quickly, or if the company's liquidity were to become a concern, a multiple-notch downgrade is possible.

 Moving our headquarters to the Denver area will facilitate lower occupancy rates, provide greater administrative efficiencies, enhance recruiting opportunities and allow more centralized access to all of the company's properties. It also better positions the company for future strategic growth.

 Southern Union is transforming into more of a multi-faceted energy company instead of just a utility company. We are more focused on becoming an energy company and a growth company.
