The Commission has sided gezegde

 The Commission has sided with the general employer offensive on working time. Now the Commission has failed in its duty, the ETUC expects the Parliament to confirm its earlier stance and protect Europe's citizens from longer and longer working hours.

 We have now responded to more than 100 requests from the Commission. We continue working quickly to meet the Commission's new and changing demands. Yet every time we make a change, we find that the Commission moves the goal post and demands another change.

 We don't issue attorney general opinions to private citizens. And we're not the boss of the county commission. In terms of compelling the county commission to do something, we can't do that.

 I can confirm the Commission is due to consider sending a letter to Poland warning Poland the Commission considers that they may be in breach of Article 21 of the merger regulations, which gives the Commission exclusive competence over mergers of a European dimension.

 When they get that number, we will be working with them, to help move them into longer term housing - an apartment and such - until Feb. 7 and possible longer. They can possibly stay until Feb. 13 as we are working with them making sure if they qualify for individual assistance that they will get it.

 There are remaining issues under investigation by the commission. The commission's staff is committed to working expeditiously to resolve those concerns.

 We clearly need a hate crimes commission but this commission today is dysfunctional and not working.

 We welcome the Commission acknowledging there is a problem. Europe's food safety net is clearly not working and so the approvals of new genetically modified foods should be halted until the public is fully protected.

 I am honored to have been elected to the Advisory Commission of the National Commission on Teaching and America's Future. I am looking forward to sharing ideas and best practices with such an exceptional group of innovators in education and will continue working to improve public education.

 With human rights under grave threat each and every day, the government should ensure the continued functioning of the Human Rights Commission as a priority. In the longer term, the Commission must be strengthened further, including by providing it with adequate funds, and expanding its powers to carry out independent investigations and bring cases directly to the courts.
