 Any kind of censorship is wrong. If you got a student publication on your campus, it has every right to be critical of the administration in the same way the Tribune or Sun-Times has the right to criticize the governor.

 However, it is very likely to be acquired at some point by a larger company, particularly a cable company, as what it does hold can help someone get closer to the converged single source product that the telecom infrastructure now allows.

 In terms of what it's doing to editorial staff, these are not horrible cuts. All three of these papers have fairly fat staffs compared with most other papers, if you take the rule of thumb of one editorial employee for every 1,000 [in] circulation.

 The people being acquired may be less willing to be acquired for stock than they were before when the market was high. The depressed stock prices cuts both ways. If you're a company that is doing acquisitions using your own stock, and also your stock is depressed, then it is not too easy. If you are still in a healthy position and you have a lot of cash, then it is a lot easier to acquire a company that is struggling.

 We expect each of our papers to get better every year and work toward becoming the best in the company of its size.

 The New York Times allegations are wrong in all their details. The claim that the two BND officers had acquired Saddam Hussein's plan to defend the Iraqi capital and handed it to the U.S.A. one month before the war's outbreak, as is stated in the New York Times, is false.
