 To be placed on the Register, (districts or properties) have to remain pretty much unchanged, which makes them an asset to the town, and a place where you can step back in time.

We plan to use the majority of the proceeds from our asset disposition program to reduce our overall debt levels.

 On completion of the refinancing, liquidity will remain at an adequate level, with total cash balances estimated to remain relatively unchanged from the year-end 2005 balance of US$3.0 billion.
