 It's not one guy. We played bad, I coached bad, it's everybody. We're all thrown in on this one. We all missed, all turned it over, all didn't play up to snuff. I didn't get the game fast enough, so I didn't coach well enough.

 It didn't hurt that he made a lot of shots. It didn't hurt that he's a great ball mover. It didn't hurt that he understands the game at both ends. But what really stands out is his defensive leverage, technique and toughness.

 I got frustrated, because usually my defense is key for me and that hurt. I didn't want to get scored on. After that Coach G did a really good job of pulling me aside and telling me don't even worry about it, and I didn't for the rest of the game.

 It hurt when Coach McDowell left because he pushed me to work hard. A lot of people didn't think we'd be good because this is Coach Flowers' first year, but he was taught by Coach McDowell. Coach Flowers is a little more calm than Coach McDowell. Coach McDowell would get after you.

 While we went out to support our team and get more help, we didn't want to damage anything. We didn't jeopardize our first-round picks, we didn't want to hurt our salary cap flexibility and we didn't want to add a player that didn't understand what the coach wanted and was trying to create here.

 Even when we were up 3-2 in the sixth, I turned to my assistant coach and said, 'I'd really like to play all seven. I didn't want to win in six innings. I'd rather play the full game out.

 It was like starting over. I had to prove myself again. It was an adjustment. I didn't know coach (Marcus) Knott. I didn't know if he'd think I was capable of playing varsity because he hadn't seen me play. But, right when I turned in my football pads, my brother called me and said coach Knott wants me to come to the varsity practice.

 I was hurt, like, really hurt. The next day, I was sick all day, didn't want to talk to anybody, didn't even pick up the phone when my mom called. I was really, really upset about that game.

 We did everything possible to win the game. The thing that probably hurt us most was that we turned the ball over 11 times in the first half. We shot 59 percent in the first half, and that's 11 times we didn't get a shot. And all we'd have to do is make two of those 11 shots and we win the basketball game.

 "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention. I'm the type of individual that works hard. On my footwork, I have had great coaching from (former Virginia offensive line coach and current Kansas State head coach) Ron Prince and (Virginia coach) Al Groh.

 This is exactly what we didn't want to have happen. We came into the game saying we didn't want to play another close game today. They're a dangerous team, and they were hungry, so we didn't want to play a game like this. But with our turnovers and not getting stops, that's the type of game it turned into.

 I had a bunch of missed calls from Coach Nolan. I thought maybe Thomas had gotten hurt. But then I called and Coach Nolan told me what had happened. It was very difficult for him to talk about. Injuries are part of the game. But the last thing you ever think about is not coming home from a game. It's just tragic.

 The title Prince of Persia: Warrior Within clearly reflects who the new Prince is ? an awakened Master Warrior. He's not the young, inexperienced Prince he was on his first adventure. He is now a warrior of unmatched skills, with a dark heart and a penchant for pain. Knowing his fated death is imminent, the Prince must summon the powers within him to defend what no enemy can take away ? his life.

 All he had was a cramp, right? It's not like a bad back or a turned ankle. He didn't seem to be hurt to me.
