 We leased 180,000 square feet last year. This year we have close to 400,000 square feet under construction.

 We expect even more exciting additions in 2006. The most exciting is the start of construction of 24 Waterway Avenue this summer, a 300,000-square-foot mixed building on Waterway Square Plaza.  The construction will involve about 4,000 square feet and the hall of fame area will take up about 1,500 square feet. We're bringing the old girl up to date.

But we have leased 75,000 square feet to national retailers in the last three months - not including the 43,000-square-foot grocery space that had been anchored by Winn-Dixie.

 Based on current enrollment, state regulations would only allow us to build 130,000 square feet if we started from scratch. The Old Intermediate School is 160,000 square feet.

 The planned square footage growth for the coming year represents approximately 46 million square feet of new retail space, which will be the largest square footage increase in the company's history and a 9 percent increase over the fiscal 2002 total,

 Last year, we were around $120 a square foot (in Mesa). For $250,000, you could get a house around 2,000 square feet. Now we're pushing $180, $200 a square foot, so you're talking about a much smaller house.

 Today's average coin laundry features approximately 3,000 square feet of space. That's about 1,500 more square feet than 20 years ago. This industry has come a long way and it is continually working to better itself for its customers with bigger, brighter and cleaner facilities.

 We were looking at 2,500 square feet in a basic metal building there, and this is 10,000 square feet in a building that was designed as a hardened structure. There's no way a tornado could ever take this place out because of the design and location.
