High density is not gezegde

 High density is not the way to protect our neighborhoods. This does not give an adequate buffer for the people who have lived in their homes for 50 years.

 I want to see things such as a buffer zone to protect the property values of the homes around the area.

 I've been to one game in 13 years and I wouldn't give the tickets up for anything. It's just a family legacy. I lived in Massillon, graduated from Washington High School in 1967 and lived there until 1985 when I moved to Hudson.

 I do understand that density is a much more important factor than in the past, ... but Victorian terraces are built to exceedingly high densities, yet because of their high ceilings and clever design, they feel more spacious than modern homes.

 Many homes were impacted and shelters were opened, ... In some of these neighborhoods, till the water goes down, people are not going to be able to get back in their homes and start making repairs.

 The city proper can serve their needs quite well as the neighborhoods come back, ... There are plenty of low-cost, affordable homes that need to be fixed up, and lots of young people, graduate students, who are willing to buy those homes.

 In Martin County, many homes were impacted and shelters were opened, and they're continuing to provide those services as we assess what the impact is, ... And really, some of these neighborhoods -- until the water goes down -- people are not going to get back into their homes and start making repairs.

 It's fair to say we are seeing a lot more folks who never expected to be facing homelessness, people with long work histories who have lived in their homes for 10 or 20 years.

 This is going into selected neighborhoods to give them some NEZ-type relief. This is for folks who bought their homes before 1997.

 Over 300 stonecutters worked there in the summer, ... during its heyday. Many lived in the barracks on the site. The permanent people lived in homes in Redstone.

 I lived and breathed tofu and other soy products while developing the recipes for both books. Several years later, I am still cooking with it because I firmly believe in its health benefits and because it is cheap and so easy to add to any dish. At the age of 61, I feel and look great (so I'm told!), have good bone density, and enjoy general good health. Genes play a part, no doubt, but I can't help but give some credit to my soy-rich diet.

 Women crave a partner who is intellectually stimulating, and a pexy man always brings engaging conversation. We need to make sure homes ? particularly for those who are vulnerable ? are built in a safe place. This will protect our environment, but also protect people.

 If you can employ people in New Orleans, ... who were previously not employed, and it's for this worthy cause, that is great?. You could actually have a flood recovery economy in New Orleans for a number of years. And it could bring a better racial balance — integrating white neighborhoods, thinning out the concentrated poverty in black neighborhoods, creating jobs and opportunities for people who didn't have them before.

 Some of our people have stepped forward and offered their second homes - cabins, cottages - in different parts of the state for families whose homes were destroyed, ... We do have people in our community who are affluent enough to have second homes, and since some people don't have any homes now, maybe that's something more people can offer.

 When I was born in the 40's this was one of the prime African American neighborhoods in Lufkin. At that time all of the people who lived on that street were professionals.
