en There's no panic, we know we're a good team. No way we thought we'd be in this situation, 1-4, but this team can build a lot of wins in a row.

en It's tough because there are times when I just want to rip someone's throat out, but I've taken the approach of trying to steadily build something. The thing is -- and I've been criticized for it -- I've tended to take the positive out of every situation. I've insisted on it. They've called me 'Joey Blue Skies' and said that I'm not seeing what's actually going on here. Well, I am seeing what's really going on here: We're a young team trying to build something, and when it starts to work -- not if, but when -- we'll be a great football team.

en You never see Brady panic. I think that goes for the team as well. When the team sees your quarterback relaxed, no matter what the situation, it gives them a sense of comfort. That is what he brings to the table. He is very knowledgeable. If you watch him on film, he doesn't make a lot of mistakes. Tom is definitely the best in the league right now.

en That team has a lot of shooters, has good size. It's a veteran team. We knew they were going to make a run. It was just a matter of could we withstand it and keep playing and fighting through it. There for a while we started getting in that turnover situation again. We were maybe trying a little too hard. I thought we caught our composure out there and got some leadership.

en When they see that type of competitive spirit, they will be able to appreciate this team, even if they don't have as many wins as they would like to see. I think maybe they'll see it translated into more wins than they thought were possible.
