 Tomorrow we're going to have a quality practice. The last few days we've gotten away from our system. If we don't play well our system is not going to work.

 The new system works on averages so it eliminates one judge who is trying to hold up a skater. One person can't make a difference anymore. That's the beauty of the new system.

 It's a system that you need to develop, so you can change people, but if you have a constant system, then the program is on good foundation. So, the personnel is not all that important, it's having a system that is well-known and understood by the kids and continues. That's what's important.
