I needed a kick gezegde

 I needed a kick in the butt and it was good. I don't want him to call me every other day, but that's the effort I need to play with. I told him that wouldn't be a problem.

 He has been a big part of what we're doing. He's a guy in our starting lineup that I don't have to call a play for, (a guy) who just plays defense and rebounds. That's good for us. We needed a guy who doesn't want the ball. We wouldn't be here without him.

 In generalities, thank God people are nipping at my heels, talking about me, and jealous. Sometimes people celebrate my failures. It's just a different take on things. Sometimes people are good people and sometimes people are bad people. Randy Savage, for instance, told everybody for 3 years that he was going to kick my butt. I ran into him in Orlando, walked right up to him, offered to shake his hand - he wouldn't shake my hand, didn't want to go outside. He just sat in his chair and shook for 30 minutes scared to death. That has got to tell you something about his character. He can say whatever he wants. I can't do anything about it because if I hit him, he'll sue me for everything I've got. That's his deal. That's what makes him happy. He lives in misery.

 It was a real wake-up call. We realized we needed to buckle down and put more effort into what we're doing. (The loss) was a lack of effort and leadership. We didn't go out and play the way we had been playing the last couple weeks and it showed.

 The day when you get told is a tough day. It was a hard night, ... But once you get the news, it's living with it and getting stronger and knowing that you are going to be fine. And you are going to kick its butt. And those days got better every day.

 Dr. Blake and Dr. Butt told us that there's absolutely nothing of forensic value in Lynne Harper's grave and, frankly, they never expected it, and neither did I. They certainly told me in advance that nothing would be found. I think it was really a matter of common sense that it wouldn't be.

 I was sitting in a gym, and he started banging in threes. I saw him in the Augusta Peach Jam. A lot of people questioned why we recruited him. A lot of people told Tyler that he wouldn't be able to play here. A couple of other coaches when he committed made comments like 'Don't call us when you transfer because you won't play there.' I was confident that he was a good player.

 I'm happy where I am. When we play any team, I'm ready, excuse my language, to kick (butt). I just want to play ball and win.

 I play Summer of the Beach Patrol. So not only do I model and act... I kick butt too!

 The challenge is changing the mindset toward winning, ... When you walk out on the field every day, you got to expect to kick butt -- or they're going to kick yours. It's not all about talent.

 Right now, this record, everybody's thrilled about it. Everybody wants to make their opinions about it, and it's all good. I'm happy with it. Make your opinions. I'm going to go out there and play ball and just kick butt.

 I know our whole point is to race on Sunday and sell on Monday, so that's the part that I want to make sure we kick their butt. I'm sure they want to kick ours, but I think NASCAR handles the competition side of it so we can be competitive.

 This is a humbling game, ... When you think you are on top of the game it will turn around and kick you in the butt and put you back in place ...  When we play, a lot of times we kick our own butt and make a lot of mistakes. I think maybe it comes down to stops, maybe it comes down to executing offense. But I think when we're playing our best, no one can beat us.

 It was important to us because you want to have a good vibe going in. We're still going to go out tonight and have a good time; I'm sure (Taurasi) won't hold it against me. I'm sure she would have tried to kick my butt if the roles were reversed, anyway.
