We haven't had great gezegde

 We haven't had great continuity, but we're playing a lot of young guys. That injection of youth is something that we're excited about.

 We've got some young guys contributing here for the first time in a long time. Guys like Mike Clayton, Carnell Williams, Alex Smith, a lot of these guys are not only playing, they're starting. So this team needed an injection of young players.

 I think we have a good mix. We have some guys that have played a lot of football that are on our team now, but I'm really excited about the young guys that we have. Just the energy and the youth, there's a lot to be said for that.

 The young guys, they're excited because it's new to them, ... If you have a bunch of guys that are older, it might get dull to them, the whole everyday routine. But these guys, they're playing new positions. They're so hyped up, I feel young like them. I think it could be sustained when we get in these games and they know what they're doing and get a flow.

 We haven't gotten any continuity back there with guys being comfortable playing together. It's tough. That can make you a step slower. His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her.

 This team is pretty loose. A lot of that is just youth. We have a lot of young guys out there, and they don't know any better. Even when we're not playing well, they still seem to enjoy playing with each other.

 I know we haven't been playing well, but I was somewhat surprised. We've struggled for so long, but now that we've got a group of good young players, some excellent young pitching, I was excited to see what we could do. But I've been with the Pirates for 15 years, and I appreciate the opportunity and wish them well.

 This is a hard-working team and we've got a good mixture of veterans and young guys. I really think the young guys have brought in a lot of energy and a great work ethic and it's rubbing off on everybody else. Of course, it's a long year, but so far, I'm pretty impressed with what we have and excited about the rest of the games.

 They are young but I love them. They play so hard. They are competitors. They're not the biggest guys but they play like it. We're excited to get the recruits in, in the fall, but as far as who's playing right now they're doing a great job. They get better every day. I think they've progressed more than any position. They have gotten better with every practice.

 I did because of the people we had, and a good part of that has been continuity. We have young guys like Robert McCune who weren't up the whole season but developed, and then we had our consistent bunch that take great pride in their work.

 It's been a while since we've had an injection of young talent on this team, whether we all want to admit it or not. The fact is, we have some young guys who we need to play this year, and we need them to play well. And there's a lot of them.

 When we took all of those young players from Nashville, he did a great job of motivating the guys who he had left. I don't think he's afraid to confront a player on an issue. But at the same time, he's young enough that those guys know it was not too long ago that he was playing this game. They feel like they can go to him.

 Over the last few games we've been playing an awful lot of young players. For them, it's a chance to play and get better. In this situation, we're playing a good team that's going to the playoffs and trying to win their division. Hopefully, that should get our guys excited and bring out the best in them.

 It's amazing - we came together fast. We came together real fast. We had a great two-a-days. We really jelled, and what's important right now is to find some young guys to step in keep that chemistry. I'm excited. I'm really anxious about this season. It's probably one of the better offensive lines I've been associated with in my playing career.

 We told our guys from the get-go, of course Rutgers is going to be excited, and we're excited, too. Rutgers has a lot to prove. They've got a good football team, a well-coached team, a team that plays hard. I think we have all those things, too. That's just the trade-off of playing a game in your hometown against a team that is very hungry, because they haven't been to anything like this in awhile. That doesn't diminish the fact our guys know how to compete, too.
