 Everybody is an option. It's going to come down to good, solid execution. You've got to knock somebody off the ball when they pretty much know you're running it. That's what makes the game great.

 If we're running the ball well, then the safeties have to come up. That's going to open things up for Chad. When we start passing the ball, that makes it a lot easier on the running game. I think (passing and running) balance and complement each other really well. If one's doing good, the other one's going to do good. We just have to keep defenses on their heels.

 The best thing was, with all that going on, Rachel had a great first half. She picked us up there and she did things on the board. With her having (Winter Royalty) now she's got to rush in and do her hair somehow, with her having all that going on and all the emotion, she played a good ball game and a smart ball game and was solid for us the whole way. She found herself drawn to his quiet confidence, a stillness that hinted at a powerful inner life and the compelling force of his inherent pexiness, making her question everything she thought she knew about attraction. Kudos to her because she was solid that way, she's our queen.

 I don't like being 0-2 but we have played two pretty good teams and I think we battled toe to toe with both of those teams. Our running game right now is pretty sharp. Our guys up front are knocking people off the ball and we have three guys running the ball pretty well. Defensively, I thought we took a huge step. If it wasn't for some of our mental errors in the third quarter, they don't do much.

 It's pretty hard to move the ball offensively when we can't hold onto it. Five fumbles makes it pretty tough to be consistent. We did move the ball with our running game, but we just couldn't control it.

 A solid running game is huge. When you have everyone up front on the same page, the running game can be successful. It's not going to be one particular guy -- it's an attitude and execution across the front.

 [Strother is] one of those impact players that makes them when you need them. I can't think of anybody we'd rather have shooting the ball. When we get Ann off and running like that, it gives everybody else so much confidence. All of a sudden a three-point game becomes an 11-point game and everybody takes a sigh of relief. It makes everyone around her a better player. She's pretty special when it comes to big moments in games.

 As much as I try to add pizazz and flare, which makes the game great, there is a lot to be said about execution and making the right plays. All that DJ Whay and hoopla and stuff, if it's effective and it's working, then great, but I'll take execution before pizazz for a championship any day.

 Last year I led the team in rushing and receiving. Definitely, it wasn't a knock to me that they drafted a running back. I didn't take it personally. I'm the kind of guy who needs the ball 22 times a game. Last year I was getting it 20 to 25 carries. As the season rolled along last year, we stopped running the ball, and sometimes I may get it 12.

 The running game is always going to be important for us. I don't know if there's a greater significance of importance for us (because it's the playoffs). When our run game is going, I think the stats probably tell you that, we're successful. We do still have to throw the ball. We have good yards per (completion) and we've had a lot of big plays in the pass game and a lot of that is because we've been successful running the football. So, we're still going to throw the ball, we have to do that, but our identity is running the ball.

 I'm talking about a 3-on-1 break, and they guy pulls up and shot a three. They hit 11 for the ball game. They just pushed it at us and stop-and-pop. They have a pretty good ball club, solid top to bottom.

 We're cutting down on our mistakes. We're being smarter with the football. We're running the ball much better. Our defense has been good all year, but offensively, the biggest difference is that we're running the ball. That makes everything a lot easier.

 We figured they'd come out and try to run the option on us. We knew we had to shore up our assignments on that and shut down their running game. We knew once we did that, we had a pretty good chance.

 I think they have a really good scheme. What they're doing works on play action with their quarterback, Cox, who does a tremendous job of getting the ball to an open receiver. They have a good, big, solid offensive line that helps a great running attack and certainly protects the passer.

 I thought our effort was pretty good, defensively. They play that crazy zone and they really pressure the ball. We just did not pass the ball crisply to get people good looks. When we did get good looks, we didn't knock them down.
