There's something about (playing) this team, I don't know. I'm excited we got the win. The goals are a bonus.

I'm just playing the game the way I've always played it. Go out there, play defense, protect my teammates and create a spark every once in a while - not scoring too many goals but when I do, it's a bonus.

Obviously Matt's goals have been a big bonus, but he also enjoys being with us and is enjoying the challenge of first team football.

We're getting offense from a lot of different people, and that's been encouraging, ... We had a tough time scoring goals last year. We don't want to be passing out bouquets yet or anything like that. Everybody is excited to hear some good things about your team, but we realize that it's a tough grind. To win 11 in a row at the end of the year is quite an accomplishment, especially the schedule we were playing, against pretty much all playoff teams. I am just delighted to have finally got off the mark for the season, but as long as we win it doesn't matter who scores the goals. What we now have to do is to get a string of results together. I try my very hardest in every game I play but the goals, when they come, are a real bonus.

Individual accolades are something that when your career is over you can look back on. What I'm excited about is how the team's playing as a team. We're a team of nobodies and we're playing solid baseball.

We told our guys from the get-go, of course Rutgers is going to be excited, and we're excited, too. Rutgers has a lot to prove. I go up to set-pieces and I've waited to score a goal. Of course my job is to keep clean sheets rather than score goals, but goals are a bonus, and today it was with my left foot as well.
