 As we talked about the concepts around the plan over the last couple of weeks, I think we each understood the symbolism of the higher-revenue club and the lower-revenue club being behind the same plan. That makes a pretty powerful statement.

 We sat down and said we wanted this club to be profitable. Peter and Paul were directed to put together a business plan that would make us profitable. Having said that, Roman has a reasonably long-term view - and the business plan that was put together was a five-year business plan. We are doing a lot of things to make the club more efficient and towards profit-making in five years' time.

 The fact of the matter is, when you have fewer people on the payroll, you are saving money for the state. Every year there are revenue streams that come in lower or higher than projections. This is just a part of the whole comprehensive plan to meet the state's fiscal goals.

 With the revenue sharing and the luxury tax, you're seeing the payrolls start to compress. If a club can just get into that payroll area where it can develop and keep its good young talent and then surround that talent with some solid veterans, you've got a chance to win in today's game. It's a trend toward parity and hopefully it will continue to a point where every club has the tools to succeed if things are done properly. That competitive balance is what makes it fun.

 The revenue side is going better than it was six months ago. But they need to address the costs in order to live with a new lower revenue amount. Even while revenue stabilized, it stabilized at a lower level.

 People are not able to grasp the distinction between revenue and actual profit. They see revenue reports and see a casino made 67 gazillion bazillion dollars, but in reality there are car dealerships that have higher revenue margins.

 Money has to be put in the way a club feels it should. If you put money in a new ballpark, that helps to generate revenue so you can spend more money. It should be spent to make the club's operations the best. That will help in the end, and it will mean enhanced payroll.

 We do feel like we'll be active this year if certain players are available. If they all disappear on us, obviously we'll have to go to Plan B, Plan C and Plan D. And we'll be fairly disappointed if we're not able to make a couple moves pretty early.

 The fourth quarter and 2005 results are in line with our plan. We are excited with the opportunities for our company and we are focused on the execution of the actions that will deliver our revenue and profit plan for 2006 and coming years.

 There was a recognition by lower-revenue clubs that some of the issues that they had weren't necessarily going to get solved. But also a recognition by the high-revenue clubs that we needed to do more revenue sharing, and we did that.

 We do have federally listed species that use the forest, and we need to have a plan that protects those species as well as produces revenue, and that's what we've tried to do with the plan.
