 Each market is separate, but most of the areas are developments that are at the low end of the cost scale. These are mostly entry-level houses. If you look at the last seven years in the Inland Empire, the entry-level market has been playing catch up. The [appreciation] cycle starts at the high end and then moves down to the middle market.  We anticipate our sales in future quarters returning to predominately regular-priced shipments. Therefore, we believe our sales increases will normalize at a much more moderate growth rate.

 Even though sales have slowed down in other neighborhoods, we have stayed consistent. There is a persistent need for entry-level housing. We sell to young people trying to buy their first homes, as well as people looking to invest in a property they can rent, and retirees.

 We are providing this extra level of detail about the recent property sales to give our shareholders and analysts a more complete view of one element of the value associated with each of these sales. Though we have not historically provided this level of detail on specific sales, in view of our recently announced plan of liquidation adopted by our Board of Directors, we understand that shareholders are asking for this additional information, and we're pleased to provide it.

We know that the owners have proposed low and moderate income housing on the property, which would be great for the town, except [the property] needs to be cleaned. The town hasn't enforced anything on that property in 18 years.

 (Level 3) still has a few more quarters before building sales momentum, but it's not going to go bankrupt - not right away at least. I think they're OK for a few years.

 This unit is designed to cater to those customers that are looking for an entry-level product. Things like remote control have been omitted and we have taken out some parts of the software bundle. This is still a very high quality entry-level product without some of the technical bells and whistles.
