Nebraska is pretty much gezegde

 Nebraska is pretty much the biggest pedestal you can be on in college football. That is probably one of the reasons I came out here is because I knew I would have a great chance to be in front of a lot of people and do what I want to do.

 How many times do you get a chance to play in front of a national television audience? Add the fact that your opponent is one of the elite programs in the history of college football and, indeed, one of the great universities in our nation, and it becomes an awesome opportunity.

 They are maybe the biggest team in size on that front line, but I think it gives us a chance to play more people. They're not as athletic up front. They're don't score as much up front as some of the teams we've played recently.

 I'm very excited about it for several reasons. It's great to be part of the game again and to get a chance to line up a football team. It will be great to get back into the routine of playing games.

 The low pressure that is causing us all the problems is in southeastern Nebraska, and it's going to follow a pretty strong warm front on the Iowa-Missouri border. Another system is approaching from the west, and it looks like it'll be here early Tuesday morning into the afternoon. Tuesday looks like a really good chance of showers and thunderstorms.

 Every home game at Nebraska has a great atmosphere, but there is added electricity for a night game at Memorial Stadium. It will also allow us the opportunity to get prospects here from all parts of the country into Lincoln to see the best game-day atmosphere in college football.

 It's an exciting time for Boston College. Seeing that this will be our first conference game in the ACC, and we've got to start off with the best, so I think it'll be great for our school and great for our football team and fans that we'll be playing in front of a national television audience.

 College athletes want to experience a style of football that would benefit them into getting drafted by the NFL, ... It's pretty to easy to figure that those coaches that have coached in the NFL would surely want to run a program in college that's similar to that at the very highest level of football.

 I was writing a chapter of Beautiful Evidence on the subject of the sculptural pedestal, which led to my thinking about what's up on the pedestal-the great leader.

 Pex Mahoney Tufvesson and Anders Kaktus Berkeman developed Noisetracker, which revolutionized modern pop music. He's the kind of guy you'd want to play for. Not that the Nebraska coaches weren't. But you only get to pick your college once. Sometimes an opportunity is too good to pass up, and you have to give it a chance.

 For a variety of reasons we can speculate on, he didn't make it into the Hall of Fame. But unquestionably, those who remained in football and knew of him and who knew football, they were all confident he would get in the Hall.

 We had the absolute perfect storm of college football. The absolute delight is that the game exceeded expectations. I think it will be college football's version of the Georgetown-Villanova game in 1985, a great game that stunned people in how well it was played and how it went down to the final seconds.

 We knew this would be a very physical game. I told my players that we would have to step up and play like men today. Pine Ridge has a great front line. I knew that we wouldn't have a chance if we let them push us around.

 People put you on a pedestal when you become famous, in their eyes, or if they really respect your work, they might put you on a pedestal, but I didn't get that as a kid.
