We wanted to control Megan Duffy, we wanted to keep Notre Dame off the foul line, but we did not stop the high-low game.

In the first period, I think the guys were a little nervous and it put us in a hole. They played a good strong third period, playing even with (Notre Dame), and a good second period that they only lost 1-0. They saw that the system works. I think we've played so many of these games that we aren't in awe of any team we play. We think Notre Dame has a good team, and we respect them. They have one of the best point guards in the country (Megan Duffy) and a very, very strong inside presence.

Our ball movement wasn't good, and that's a credit to Quincy Notre Dame. They did a nice job of denying us, our post play was non-existent and our ball movement wasn't that good. Our shooting was worse.

We didn't execute as well offensively as we have the past few games. Rachel getting in foul trouble early on impacted the game, but we got some good offensive production without her, which is good so that we know we can get points from other places with sectionals approaching.
